Ukrainian sources are claiming this artillery strike on a 2nd Army Russian command post near Izyum, Kharkiv Oblast, killed Major General Andrey Simonov.
It’s yet to be confirmed by Russian sources but it’s significant they named a specific general.
The whereabouts of one of the evacuation buses hit by Russian troops near Popasna in Luhansk Oblast remains unknown, said regional governor Serhiy Haidai on Telegram on April 30. The second bus has been found, with blood stains in the drivers seat.
