Mikhail Khodorkovsky (English) retweeted: Russian-language segment of Twitter is full of reports that this #Russia|n soldier named Aleksey Bychkov from Stavropol has raped toddlers (!!!) in #Ukraine and shared videos of these rapes. These videos are now circulating on social media. This is horrific. I have no words.
