Torture appears to have been a standard procedure. Mass looting seems to have been encouraged. Especially, the Kadyrovtsy and Wagnerites have boasted about their cruelty, lust and loot. Anybody wanting to talk to the barbarian Putin after this? What about Djingis Khan or Hitler?
